Ms. Davenport is an attorney with many years of experience in administrative law as well as general practice. She is the author of a paralegal textbook; Basic Criminal Law published by Prentice Hall, and is at work on a memoir of her days as a medical malpractice prosecutor entitled Cone of Silence: Inside the World of Physician Discipline as well as Code Blue:Solutions to the Malpractice Crisis. Ms. Davenport is recognized nationally as an expert in employment law and is the Senior contributing Editor of the national publication Managing Employees Under the FMLA & ADA. |

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy from the Pennsylvania State University and earned her law degree from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. Currently she is completing a Masters of Writing program in both fiction and non-fiction at Johns Hopkins University. Ms. Davenport had worked as a labor consultant, negotiating collective bargaining agreements. She has represented government agencies in workers' compensation, unemployment compensation, civil service, medical licensure, and discrimination cases, and has represented clients in private practice. Ms. Davenport formerly headed the legal studies program at Wilson College, Chambersburg, PA. and currently is an adjunct faculty member at Harrisburg Area Community College and Penn State-York. Albert Davenport is a historical writer and governmental consultant. He specializes in policy analysis, training and development and civil rights issues. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Policy with a concentration in foreign policy from the Pennsylvania State University. He has a Masters of Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the same institution. Additionally, he holds Masters of Writing in nonfiction from Johns Hopkins University. |

Mr. Davenport has been a partner at Davenport Communications since 1997. He has authored numerous articles on employment law and public policy issues. Morgan Horton holds an Interdisciplinary Master of Arts in Humanites degree from the Pennsylvania State University and a B.A. Humanities Degree in Communications from the same institution. Ms. Horton heads Davenport Communications's grant writing department. Over the last several years, she has garnered millions of dollars in grants for various non-profit corporatations.
